December 10th, 2019

It is a true Christmas miracle, for the first time in WEEKS, maybe even months, I got up for work (5:00am) and it is now 6am and no one else in the house is awake!! Leaving me free to eat bagels, drink **HOT** coffee, listen to my audiobook and *even* update here with some pics!! It is a dream come true!!

Jeremy is in charge of Scout most of the time and does a really good job with it! He and Linc share similar humor :)

Prepping for our Santa visit this weekend. Our nanny helped L make this. If anyone knows what a 'Paw Patrol Box' is, let me know. And nerf darts aren't happening because Emmie inevitably finds them and chews the tops off.

Lincoln had his Preschool Christmas concert this past Sunday. I only took videos and not photos (whoops!!) But here he is at our post-performance-Panera refueling sesh :) 

This weekend, Jeremy re-activated the outlets in Lincoln's room (we had them off since we got him out of the crib, but needed to add a strategically placed night light now). Emmie was hell bent on helping and digging through dad's toolbox!

I hosted my second annual Gin and Gingerbread party this weekend, it was definietly a highlight of my Christmas season. Its a time for my friends in the neighborhood to get together and make OUR OWN gingerbread houses without interruption!

This is a game where we drew a Christmas scene on top of our heads and the person with the best one (picked by Jeremy) won a bottle of wine :)
