Start to Preschool/End of Summer 2019
Sidewalk chalk has been a nice summer pass time
Spider & a web of course
Trying to eat the chalk
We left side walk chalk art all around our neighborhood, this is a "speed boat"
This is a space ship, left down the street from us lol
Lincoln asked to have these pictures taped by his bedside so he could see Emmie every night :)
"How long is my tentacle??"
He decided to make this book, unprompted. He told me what to write, and was extremely proud of it.
"Once upon a time, there was a girl and a basketball and she shot it in the air"
"An ambulance guy dropped her ambulance tools into the tow truck"
"Ballcano with the spider. This is a cinnamon roll for the spider to eat"
"Cinnamon roll for the end" He thought this was hiiiilarous!
He also thought it was hilarious to make spaghetti numbers on my leg! Oh, to be three years old!
Playing a super hero memory match game with Papa.
Green celery in mouth, lei and paw patrol umbrella because why not?!
She loves her peanut butter!
He had a BLAST back to school shopping at Target with mom.
He wants to be spiderman when he grows up, favorite color is red.
He REALLY likes his new school and the nanny. Its been an easy transition so far! He even got to be the "Hedgehog Helper" in the hedgehog class on the very first day! He got to pass out plates and do all of the helping things for the teacher that day.
His first preschool assignment
I love her little two tooth smile!
We finally got a double stroller and it is adorable. Both of them love riding in it together and Lincoln will frequently lean over and kiss her head :)
He was SO EXCITED to pack his own lunch for the first time for his new school. Here he said "I'd better pack extra just in case I make friends, I could share with them!" .....mom's oversight but they contained almonds and got sent home with a reminder note that the school is nut free....whoops!
He created his own new sandwich of cheese and spinach aka "flat leaves"
Standing like a champ, also she has scaled the entire staircase several times in the past 24 hours for the very first time. I'm sure she will be walking any day now!
Baby girl had her 1 year check up, she is doing good! We need to get more calories in her, since she won't really drink formula or cows milk, the doc said to add chocolate syrup to it to help her get more. So we will see how that goes. But she is happy and healthy! 23% for height
Let the birthday count down to 4 begin!!!! We are going to do a little dinosaur egg hunt with some of our neighborhood friends in the neighborhood park to celebrate in a few weeks. Inspiration: lincoln found the easter eggs in the basement and kept wanting to go on a hunt!
"Mommy, I'm making breakfast on a stick!!" (Trying to thread blueberries on a piece of dry spaghetti noodle. He tried a carrot stick but it didn't work for some reason....)
I finally found an easy **QUIET** activity for him to do when I am getting ready in the mornings!
Paint squishing with the nanny
This girl didn't squish it, she just took off the tape and started flinging the bag around!
Nom nom nom
Always eating with her foot up!!
