Update: The offer that we accepted, at 9k over asking price fell through. Buyer's remorse. So we showed our house again this past weekend.

We had 9 showings. Only one offer, and it came in 50k below asking. That offer can kiss our grits because housing in Missouri is looking to be a lot more expensive than we had in our heads. Very similar price per square foot as Colorado, which is insane to us. Looks like we are going to build and wait to put our house on the market until we need to move.

We are deciding between 3 building options in KC. Once we hear back from some of the builders, we can move forward and have a better idea of when we will sell.

Sunday 9am showing. 

The wheels were off at this point. Crazy behavior from both kids due to the talk about moving and constant showings. The donuts didn't help but we are not in a place mentally to do anything else.

We went to Dave &Busters for 4 hours on Saturday during the showings. Not my best decision. Both kids ended up completely melting down before we left.

The Zoomobile came to our neighborhood on Saturday morning. Emmie got to pet a tortoise!

We went out to Red Robin during some showings on Friday

Lincoln completed his kindie prep week at LB!! 

His teacher said he did great!
